Developing medical devices and diagnostics
Our Centre for Lifescience Technologies (CLT) is based in our Edinburgh office. It aims to find and develop new medical devices and diagnostics.
Our track record
CLT was involved in the creation and sale of the commercial Optical Projection Tomography (OPT) scanner ‘OPT3001’ (www.bioptonics.com) across the globe, including the UK, USA, Canada, Japan and Sweden. To date worldwide sales equate to over £2.6 million. CLT will continue to build on the success of its devices with further investment.
